With the new regulations with regard to re-qualification of Estate Agents Linda and I have been doing our RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) - I have completed my NQF5 and Linda is busy with her NQF4. However she needs a copy of the new NQF Study Guide issued by the EAAB. This seems to be absolutely impossible to obtain from the EAAB - I have sent numerous e-mails to them without even the courtesy of an answer so how is Linda supposed to carry on with her RPL?
I have even enlisted the aid of IEASA (Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa) but they are having no better luck.
How the EAAB is going to requalify agents via RPL and PDE when they can't even reply to an e-mail or phone call I have no idea.
